| The EnergyTrac® is the energy consumption analysis system designed to provide easy access and display of information stored within the VT-2 product line. The EnergyTrac® gives you the ability to perform in depth investigative functions such as load profile analysis, billing analysis, and site diagnostics. The EnergyTrac® functions are read-only and may be performed online with the meter or offline form a meter data file extracted from the meter. Data extracted from the meter may be displayed in a variety of graphical and/or sheet formats |
Load Analysis - Provides a historical view of energy consumption patterns. The system displays time synchronized load profile data for a user selected time span in either a graphical or spreadsheet method. Load profile data may be selected in units such as demand or energy, may be scaled to Kilo or Mega values if desired, and can be viewed in multiple quantities (if supported by the connected device). Advanced graph options allow you to customize your graph by adding titles, color and many other options.
Billing Analysis - provides information on current billing register values, both demand and energy, in a spreadsheet display. Billing registers may be viewed and easily copied to a spreadsheet for additional manipulation.
Power Analysis - provides a real time power circle showing delivered and received values for kW, kVAR, and kVA. This information is continuously updated if online with the meter. This is useful, for example, to understand the impact of an inductive load on a power factor.
Site Diagnostics - provides a vector diagram showing amplitude, direction and angle of voltage and current for each of the 3 phases. The information is continuously update if online with the meter. Additional information such as meter ID, hardware operation, service type, phase rotation is also provided in the vector diagram display. The site analysis vector diagram is valuable in diagnosing site wiring and equipment problems.
